Candidates should possess a PhD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build their own legacy at Deel, demonstrating a self-driven HUNTER mindset with a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial DNA. They should exhibit a “just do it attitude” and have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive selling US payroll/PEO solutions at a unicorn start-up on a tech company, along with experience with process/playbook selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer centric). Prior experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment is preferred, and proficiency in Salesforce is required.
The Solutions Consultant will establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos, focusing on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth, and working with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced. They will navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives, primarily in HR and Payroll management. The role involves collaborating and leading successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and signing contracts with internal and external teams, effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations, and managing all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.
