A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in selling new solutions and driving revenue growth in a similar environment. Prior experience selling data, technology, and services is preferred, as is proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert, Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales, Client Success, or Practitioner in risk management.
The Solutions Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to sales teams and clients, understanding their needs and recommending impactful solutions. They will drive successful sales engagements, develop prescriptive ROI models, and assist sales in creating solution proposals that highlight economic value. Responsibilities include conducting persuasive executive conversations, collaborating with internal teams for strategic client meetings, and ensuring proper transfer of business objectives to internal teams. The role also involves expanding product and solution expertise, staying current with market advancements, and sharing knowledge with the sales and product teams. Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will participate in industry events, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing on collateral and RFP responses, and identify opportunities for client testimonials and case studies.
