Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company dedicated to ensuring individuals receive the safest and most effective treatments tailored to their unique and evolving healthcare needs. We address the significant issue of medication-related harm and waste in the US healthcare system, which costs over $528 billion annually. Arine redefines excellent healthcare by solving these problems through our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. We leverage cutting-edge data science, machine learning, AI, and deep clinical expertise to create a patient-centric view of medication management, developing and delivering personalized care plans at scale for patients and their care teams.

Our focus is on improving the lives and health of complex patients who disproportionately impact healthcare costs and have historically been difficult to identify and address. These patients often face challenges such as complicated prescribing issues across multiple medications and providers, medication difficulties with chronic diseases, and access to care issues. Backed by leading healthcare investors and collaborating with top healthcare organizations and providers, Arine delivers recommendations and facilitates clinical interventions that result in significant, measurable health improvements for patients and cost savings for customers.

Why Arine is a Great Place to Work:

  • Outstanding Team and Culture: Our shared mission unites and motivates us to perform at our best. We possess a relentless passion and commitment to the innovation required to be the market leader in medication intelligence.
  • Making a Proven Difference in Healthcare: We are actively saving patient lives and enabling individuals to experience improved health outcomes, including significant reductions in hospitalizations and healthcare costs.
  • Market Opportunity: Arine is backed by leading healthcare investors and was founded to tackle one of the largest healthcare problems today: non-optimized medication therapies, which contribute to 275,000 lives lost and $528 billion in annual costs in the US.
  • Dramatic Growth: In just four years, Arine manages over 18 million lives across prominent health plans. We were ranked 236 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list and recognized as the 5th fastest-growing company in the AI category.

  • Design studies using advanced understanding of statistical methods and real-world healthcare data to evaluate the impact of our programs on clinical and economic outcomes (e.g., medication adherence, costs, utilization, etc.).
  • Manage a high-performing team of health economists, health outcomes researchers, data scientists, and data analysts, encompassing hiring, mentoring, and project management.
