Experience with large, diverse, and real-world health datasets, statistical methods, and healthcare data analysis is essential, along with the ability to lead and manage a team of researchers.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategy to demonstrate the value of Arine's clinical programs, designing studies to evaluate program impact on clinical and economic outcomes, managing a high-performing team of researchers, serving as the primary owner for health outcomes projects, and supporting the sales process by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Optimizes medication management for patients
