Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience and legal authorization to work in Canada. Preferred qualifications include over 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or customer success capacity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, firsthand experience in manufacturing or maintenance/reliability, experience performing product demonstrations and sales calls, technical understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, web, and database technology, and the ability to quickly develop customer relationships. Bilingualism in English and Spanish, French, or German is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consultant will support customers in client-facing situations, represent the company through phone calls, online demos, and face-to-face meetings, and empower customers to maximize product value by understanding their needs and sharing best practices. This role involves supporting the Account Executive Sales team, providing user feedback to the product organization, identifying client needs during discovery sessions, preparing demonstration materials, delivering product demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborating with the product team on feature development. The role requires up to 25% travel for onsite demonstrations, trade shows, and other functions.
