Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing roles, focusing on implementing business SaaS solutions, preferably at a FinTech
  • Is a well-rounded IC with strong product sense, communication and storytelling skills
  • Thrives in a cross-functional environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts to build user-facing tools

Responsibilities

  • Create customized product solutions by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of integration and configuration options, ensuring they are effectively aligned with customer requirements
  • Assist Sales and Post-Sales teams in delivering technical implementations for Lithic
  • Assess customer needs for new opportunities by conducting use-case analysis and technical assessments to determine Lithic’s suitability during the discovery phase
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to develop and maintain technical documentation and an internal knowledge base of customer use cases and best practices
  • Provide domain expertise and insights to help drive internal decisions and identify opportunities for future development
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as in Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to design and determine additional product capabilities based on customer and industry needs and trends
