Responsibilities

  • Work on the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations
  • Implement optimal solutions for customers that deliver meaningful value
  • Become a product expert and serve as the voice of product depth
  • Support Solutions & Implementation (S&I) Leads with product configuration, data preparation, and implementation over the first 12 months
  • Transition into more customer-facing aspects of the role in months 12-24, mentored by S&I Leads
  • Champion customers in their journey with Omnea
