Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer. Experience working with Fortune 500 customers for a high growth, B2B SaaS company is essential. Familiarity with generative AI and prompt engineering is a significant advantage. Proficiency in Python is required to build on top of the Writer Framework. Experience working with APIs, particularly Generative AI services, is necessary. Candidates must be excellent communicators and collaborators, capable of translating complex technical concepts into practical business language for non-technical audiences. A customer outcome-oriented mindset is important, along with a proven ability to solve problems and work collaboratively across customer stakeholders and teams.
The Solutions Architect will partner with Account Executives and prospects in use-case validation calls, acting as the technical expert to uncover how solutions can be leveraged. They will scope the prospect's business and technical needs, conduct discovery on existing processes, and build custom templates for customers. Leading proof-of-concept pilots to validate technical requirements is essential. The architect will act as the technical lead for RFP responses and evaluations, work closely with prospects to explain API value, and maintain a deep understanding of Writer solutions and the AI landscape. Additionally, they will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure optimal outputs and serve as a resource for the Partner ecosystem.
