Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing conversational AI systems. Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and LLaMA is required, along with familiarity with frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, and Langchain. Experience with intent recognition, slot-filling, and context management is also necessary.
As a Solutions Architect of Conversational AI & Prompt Engineering, you will lead the technical design, development, and optimization of AI-driven conversational agents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and maintain state-of-the-art chatbot experiences. This includes designing conversational flow logic, building dialogue state, implementing intent recognition systems, and integrating chatbots with various systems. You will also be responsible for continuous testing, optimization, and maintenance of chatbot performance, as well as developing and implementing custom scripts and API calls to enhance chatbot capabilities.
