The Solution Architect team serves as the technical bridge between sales and customer success, architecting compensation solutions that align with each customer's unique HRIS ecosystem, data infrastructure, and business requirements. We tackle the complex challenge of integrating modern compensation management into diverse enterprise environments where legacy systems, fragmented data sources, and varying technical maturity levels create barriers to implementing transparent, equitable, and scalable compensation practices. As a Solutions Architect on the Pave team, you'll partner with sales to design and demonstrate how our compensation platform transforms complex pay data into actionable insights, while ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing HR tech stacks and workflows.
