Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Solutions Architect, the individual will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to drive complex sales cycles, create and present customized product demonstrations, and run proof-of-concept trials with potential customers. They will conduct technical discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and technical requirements, and ultimately create and present technical proposals, ROI analyses, and ensure seamless integration with customers’ existing HR tech stacks and workflows.
