Candidates must be a U.S. citizen residing within the United States, holding a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, and possessing more than 2 years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the data and AI domain. Strong proficiency in data and AI technologies, including a deep understanding of data and AI workflows and best practices, is required, along with demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships and a proven track record of successful technical customer engagements.
The Solutions Engineer will act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, engaging with various stakeholders to educate them on the Shakudo AI platform and its capabilities. They will develop and optimize customer engagement processes, support technical aspects of sales engagements through proofs of concept, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of customers. Furthermore, the Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on AI strategy, best practices, and end-to-end solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the solutions team.
