Senior SQL Developer - Snowflake

Candidates should have 5 to 6 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. Strong presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences are required, along with extensive experience in large databases, data warehouse technologies, ETL, analytics, and cloud technologies. Hands-on knowledge of SQL and SQL analytics is necessary, as well as the ability to connect customer-specific business challenges with Snowflake's solutions. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Fluency in both Japanese and English is also necessary.
The Solution Engineer will present Snowflake's technology and vision to executives and IT professionals at potential and existing customers. They will demonstrate the value of Snowflake technology throughout the sales cycle using demos and proofs of concept. The role involves understanding competitors, related technologies, and vendors to effectively position Snowflake. Collaboration with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to implement product improvements and marketing activities is also expected.
