[Remote] Analytics Engineer at 7shifts

The Analytics Engineer will design, build, and optimize scalable data models using SQL, dbt, and Snowflake to support analytics and reporting, develop and manage ELT workflows to transform raw data into structured, high-quality datasets, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by implementing best practices in data validation and testing, collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and revenue teams to understand data needs and enable self-service analytics, maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for data models, pipelines, and processes, and continuously analyze and refine data pipelines to reduce latency, enhance reliability, and minimize costs.
