Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing SaaS roles. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences, strong presentation and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority are required. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is also needed, and knowledge of public sector challenges and how technology addresses them is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Solution Advisor will deliver "Art of the Possible" and Vision Demonstrations that connect agency goals with Granicus capabilities. They will also conduct light discovery to understand agency context, pain points, and decision dynamics, serving as a thought partner to account executives and product marketing to shape early-stage opportunity direction and ensure solution messaging is clear, relevant, and confident.
