Role Overview

The Senior Solution Advisor role at Granicus is a strategic, high-impact presales position for experienced professionals who excel at storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Senior Advisor, you’ll lead “Art of the Possible” and Vision Demonstrations that are critical to helping public agencies visualize transformation—before a formal solution design is even on the table. You will serve as a thought partner to account executives and product marketing, shaping early-stage opportunity direction and ensuring our solution messaging lands with clarity, relevance, and confidence.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced sales environments and who are ready to model excellence for the rest of the Advisor team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or client-facing SaaS roles
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of public sector challenges and how technology addresses them is a plus
  • Alignment with Granicus values of mission-first service, trust, and innovation
