Requirements

Responsibilities

The Software Implementation Specialist II will be responsible for providing system setup, configuration changes, training, implementation, and support of FRONTSTEPS products, consulting with clients throughout implementation to ensure software configuration aligns with their requirements. They will manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, creating project plans, configuring products, and delivering customer trainings. This role involves troubleshooting software, providing technical guidance, proactively identifying issues, and managing conflicts to maintain project quality. Additionally, the Specialist will document best practices, streamline onboarding efforts, implement products through resource coordination, collaborate with cross-departmental teams, drive projects to meet key metrics, support and train SD I’s, and contribute to the success of the Solutions Delivery Team while analyzing and refining processes.
