A thorough understanding of content across multiple mediums, video, content, and editorial thinking is required. The ideal candidate understands the mindset, lingo, and snackable content preferences of the urban Gen Z audience, possesses strong knowledge of trends, insights, and pop culture, and is a natural storyteller passionate about driving brands based on target audience understanding and market needs. Prior experience writing spots for television and an in-depth understanding of social media platforms are essential. The role requires confidence in a fast-paced environment, being a passionate and inspiring writer, self-motivation with minimal supervision, and a collaborative, open-minded, and inclusive team-player attitude. Knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
The Social Media Manager/Strategist will be responsible for the conceptualization and execution of thematic and tactical campaigns across social, digital, and potentially ATL/BTL mediums. They will understand brand and creative strategy to deliver output that is both creative and effective, focusing on storytelling and the dramatization of subject matter.
