Candidates are required to have joined a top digital advertising agency or growth-marketing organization out of college and been promoted due to stellar performance, possessing strong quantitative analytical skills and comfort with data analytics platforms.
The Growth Lead will launch and improve upon new marketing campaigns on paid social channels, partner with Creative to drive the paid social creative process, leverage contractors or agencies, work with Product and Engineering teams to tailor client product experience, and help create the strategy for growing the client acquisition machine as Atticus scales.
