Build relationships with practice owner, practice manager, lead technicians, and other key stakeholders to understand hospital pain points
Establish champions within the hospital to lead workflow efficiencies
Help establish protocols for supporting technician appointments
Help train Customer Service Representatives (CSR)/technicians on areas to improve efficiencies
Execute the Osteoarthritis (OA) Technician Strategy
Identify and evaluate clinic pain points, and implement clinic workflow processes
Educate on effective utilization of veterinary technicians, assistants, and CSRs
Be a key customer contact to support the hospital and aligned goals
Provide clinics with guidance, instruction, and training on the product line and workflow efficiencies
Work with Brand teams to develop and execute technician programs
Work with area leaders to identify target practices for training
Complete daily activity documentation, including detailed call notes
