Familiarity with BPO/vendor environments and fintech customer support is preferred. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The Shared Services Enablement Analyst will manage Shared Services projects, tracking milestones and deliverables across QA, L&D, and Content. They will analyze QA results, training completion, and KB usage data to identify performance trends and report on impact. Responsibilities include supporting AI and automation initiatives by structuring data, conducting QA audits, preparing calibration reports, drafting and updating KB articles and SOPs, coordinating training schedules, administering LMS tasks, and capturing meeting notes to drive follow-through.
