Instructional staff are critical to the transformative learning experience, and this position supports that mission. Prior teaching experience is not required; strong knowledge, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. edX will provide training, lesson plans, and tools to support your success.

Available Roles

• Teaching Assistants (TAs): Present during class hours to assist instructors in facilitating lessons and supporting students during project group work.
• Tutors: Provide one-on-one support to students in University Bootcamps via Zoom, with scheduling based on student need and availability.
• Learning Assistants: Support students in University Bootcamps via Slack, following a structured schedule with flexible shift options.
• Graders: Provide students with assignment grades and detailed, constructive feedback to support their learning journey, with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience related to the specific program you are interviewing for (some roles may require more).
• Technical Familiarity: Some familiarity with the technologies relevant to your chosen program is needed.
• Time Management: Excellent time-management skills are essential.
• Connectivity: A stable internet connection is required.
• Flexibility: Schedule flexibility is necessary.
