Requirements

Responsibilities

The Coach Community & Customer Advisor will lead efforts to engage and unite the coaching community through webinars and events, and create content to foster connection. They will inform the coach community about new features and best practices aligned with Sama's mission. Responsibilities include developing workshops, webinars, and training initiatives leveraging coach expertise. The role involves collaborating with the growth team to introduce new products to clients and coordinating with coaches for execution. Additionally, the advisor will use data and analytics to monitor performance, develop strategies to increase engagement, and share insights across departments to drive product development and growth.
