We are seeking a dynamic individual with an HR background to join us as a Coach Community & Customer Advisor. Working closely with the Coaching team, you will grow and support a world-class Coach Community, ensuring we are the platform of choice for the best Executive Coaches globally. You will leverage your L&D knowledge to support the Growth Team, advising clients on building their development programs and exploring partnership opportunities via our development offerings.
Our ideal candidate is talented at building long-lasting relationships and is passionate about fostering engagement and empowerment to contribute to positive global change. This role reports to our CoFounder & Head Coach, Caitlin Foley.
