Requirements

Candidates must have experience with SSO configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting, along with a general understanding of security control requirements for audits like SOC II, PCI, and SOX. Experience with policy updates, MDM solution management, and in-depth knowledge of IT software, user management, and security best practices are essential. A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience, or three or more years as a System Engineer, System Administrator, or Tier III IT Support Admin is required. Familiarity with IdP and SSO software (OneLogin, Okta) and Microsoft Suite including Intune is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Service Desk Technician will manage SaaS for the organization's full tech stack, providing white-glove support to executives and department heads, and handling support escalations. Responsibilities include managing the team through technical training, 1:1s, scheduling, and coaching. They will configure, update, troubleshoot, and maintain software and hardware, and collaborate with the IT team to improve efficiency by documenting IT processes and creating knowledge base articles. This role requires working with cross-functional teams like InfoSec and DevOps.
