Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 or more years of hands-on experience in IT operations and support, demonstrating expertise in managing a remote workforce’s device lifecycle using Apple/macOS and Windows OS administration, particularly with MDM technologies like Addigy and Action1, and expertise in centralized Windows Server administration, patching, and support. They should also have an understanding of cloud ecosystems like Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and experience managing user identities and access controls through Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Entra AD.

Responsibilities

As an IT Systems Administrator, the individual will be responsible for managing Business-Critical IT Tasks, providing Application Expertise for corporate applications, ensuring System Security and Resilience, evaluating and implementing solutions, supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activity, and offering User Support and Escalation for laptop users. They will also contribute to team mentorship and development, participate in directed tasks and collaborative projects, and support ITSM based operations.
