Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute user acquisition (UA) and ABM strategies, owning all aspects from strategic planning to hands-on execution
  • Drive lead generation by implementing and optimizing innovative campaigns using paid and organic "growth hacking" methods
  • Manage paid social campaigns, with a hands-on approach to LinkedIn PPC (sponsored content, InMail, lead gen forms, thought leadership ads), optimizing metrics like CPL, CTR, and ROAS; manage B2B campaigns on Meta directly or via agency
  • Implement marketing automation and scraping using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HeyReach, Clay for list building, outreach, connections, messaging, and inbox management
  • Apply AI and data-driven techniques, including AI agents for prospecting/lead nurturing and API integrations for data pipelines between CRMs, ad platforms, enrichment tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Analyze and optimize performance with a rigorous, data-driven approach, testing campaigns across channels, focusing on lead generation, and staying current with attribution models (GA4, UTMs, offline conversions) and tracking setups
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment and drive pipeline growth
  • Build comprehensive acquisition strategies, optimize existing traffic engines (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), implement cutting-edge tools/techniques to scale campaigns, monitor analytics/key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS), and introduce new channels
