The Senior Manager, Paid Marketing will own and scale the paid acquisition engine across SEM, paid social, and other digital channels. This role involves hiring, mentoring, and managing a high-performing paid media team, as well as defining and executing the paid marketing roadmap with clear goals, KPIs, and testing frameworks. Responsibilities include identifying new channels, platforms, and tactics for scalable growth, and collaborating with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Creative teams to optimize conversion and full-funnel performance. The individual will build and evolve the infrastructure to measure campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI, serving as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions.
