The Senior Travel Consultant will lead hotel, airline, and ground transportation arrangements for global aviation clients, confirming all bookings with suppliers and vendors. They will manage virtual card payments and ensure accurate billing through Conferma and Amadeus systems, performing rate audits to ensure compliance with negotiated agreements. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong vendor relationships, overseeing hotel software tools, implementing and optimizing hotel agreements, supporting strategic planning, serving as a global training coordinator, providing operational support to Trip Support teams, assisting accounting with invoicing, and resolving customer disputes. The role involves monitoring desk performance, reporting KPIs, ensuring service excellence, and staying current with industry trends.
