Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Consultant will lead an on-site team for a federal customer, ensuring operational excellence, collaboration, and leadership in hardware repair and case management. This involves performing hands-on hardware troubleshooting and replacement on HPE Proliant Servers and high-performance storage systems. Key duties include leading daily customer meetings, managing the case lifecycle from opening to resolution within SLA timelines, providing accurate tracking of parts and inventory, and serving as a subject matter expert to mentor team members. The role also requires reporting site issues to management and acting as an escalation point for operational and customer-related matters.
