Requirements

Candidates should have a strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, including inbox placement, sender reputation, bounce management, and spam compliance. Experience managing domain authentication protocols and dedicated sending domains/subdomains is required. Demonstrated experience working with Hubspot/Marketo to build global campaign templates, personalized email, and dynamic content is necessary. The ability to build, manage, and troubleshoot email workflows, understand lead flow between MAP and CRM, and resolve sync issues or logic errors is essential. Experience in implementing opt-in workflows, handling regional compliance, and managing preference centers is also required.

Responsibilities

The Campaign Operations Manager will own and manage email sending infrastructure across the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), including authentication, dedicated IPs, and send configurations, while monitoring deliverability health and sender reputation. They will partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and flag domain issues and performance degradation. Responsibilities include setting up scalable playbooks and workflows, building and managing automated email workflows for various programs, and ensuring alignment with lead scoring models and sales processes. The role also involves partnering with the analytics team for email program tagging and using performance insights for improvements, owning the design and maintenance of email subscription management, and leading email compliance across all regions.
