  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • Experience with Infrastructure technologies (Examples: Linux, Windows, VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Configuration management experience with one or more tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible
  • Experience with Linux engineering and administration for thousands of bare metal servers and virtual machines
  • Ability to troubleshoot server hardware issues
  • Familiarity with large-scale production deployments of servers and applications inside internal datacenter
  • Ability to read and write moderate to complex scripts and programs for automation, tools, frameworks, dashboards, alarms (common uses: Python, Perl, PHP, JavaScript, Go)
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast-paced/quickly changing environment
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible with a distributed team in multiple time zones
  • Meticulous attention to detail, and ability to make good, timely decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
