This is a full-time role that requires a hybrid schedule, working in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from the Lehi, Utah location.
You will lead end-to-end recruiting for technical functions including Engineering, AI, IT, Data Science, Product Management, and UX.
Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers on recruitment plans, owning the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing top talent through various channels, managing the ATS, mentoring a coordinator, and championing exceptional candidate experiences.
