Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and engineering leadership to design and execute sourcing strategies for critical roles across Product, Infrastructure, Platform, and Security Engineering
  • Identify, engage, and nurture top-of-funnel candidates using creative sourcing channels including GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack communities, and specialized engineering forums
  • Source and reach out to 100 candidates per requisition on a weekly basis
  • Build deep talent maps of key companies and technical domains, surfacing high-quality, high-intent candidates early in the search process
  • Craft compelling outreach that reflects Render’s mission and culture, driving exceptional candidate engagement
  • Maintain and report on pipeline health, outreach metrics, and conversion data to inform recruiting strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Recruiting Operations, and Brand to strengthen employer brand and candidate experience
  • Proactively contribute to process improvements
