  • Proven success in a global, multi-billion-dollar, high-growth technology organization, with a track record of influencing engineering/product-driven organizations and supporting culturally diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an industry-leading executive recruiting strategy for engineering leadership roles, aligned with ServiceNow’s business objectives and growth initiatives
  • Act as the organization’s thought leader in executive recruiting, utilizing deep market insights and innovative methods to attract top-tier engineering talent
  • Establish and optimize processes for candidate discovery and management, integrating demand forecasting and workforce planning
  • Ensure a “white glove” experience for both candidates and business stakeholders
  • Harness technology and analytics to drive recruiting efficiency and best practices, including workforce planning, capacity management, and funnel metrics
  • Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance recruiting outcomes and deliver more effective talent solutions
  • Collaborate with succession planning and HR partners to support robust external talent pipelines
  • Inspire, coach, and develop the global engineering executive recruiting team, fostering high performance, engagement, and retention
  • Build consensus and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries, effectively influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador, aligning HR communications and experiences with ServiceNow’s premium positioning
  • Utilize strong sales abilities and superior negotiation skills to compete for top talent in a fast-paced, competitive market
