Requirements

The candidate should have over 5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a startup environment, ideally as a generalist capable of handling roles across Product Management, Product Design, and Data. They must operate with urgency, prioritize multiple roles, build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, develop effective sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, possess an analytical mindset for talent funnel metrics, and be adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment. Curiosity and openness to learning about emerging technologies like AI are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner. They will source, screen, and close diverse candidates for product management, design, and data roles. The recruiter will advocate for top candidate experience by setting expectations, providing timely updates, and offering feedback. They will collaborate with the Talent team on projects such as training, employer branding, sourcing strategies, and metrics. Additionally, they will evaluate and improve recruitment processes, drive operational efficiencies, and mentor other team members by sharing best practices.
