The Staff Technical Recruiter will build and manage a high-velocity recruiting engine, handle the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles, and create positive candidate experiences. Responsibilities include developing creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and exceptional team, continuously improving recruiting processes for efficiency, and designing interview processes within 72 hours of receiving a position. The role also involves conducting recruiter screens and collaborating with hiring managers.
