Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for building a high-velocity recruiting engine to efficiently identify and recruit top talent. This includes managing the full recruiting lifecycle for various roles and teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Responsibilities also involve developing creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and exceptional team, continuously improving recruiting processes, and increasing hiring efficiency. Within 72 hours of receiving a position, the recruiter must schedule intake meetings, open requisitions, post job descriptions, design interview processes, and configure interview plans. Within the first week of opening a position, the recruiter is expected to conduct 5-10 recruiter screens and complete the first candidate sync.
