Requirements

8+ years in-house technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent, and providing staffing solutions with experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning, or other engineering functions
Previous experience supervising or mentoring recruiters/sourcers
Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders, and partners
Experience handling recruiting projects, multiple searches, and clients
Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire hiring partners and team
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Good command of written and oral English

Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Work with hiring leaders in Hardware and Software Engineering functions across the company to develop technical recruiting strategies that identify and attract brilliant talent
Think creatively to drive hiring results
Provide innovative approaches to drive NVIDIA's hiring process and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience, providing solutions to meet business needs
Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle
Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques, including web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other methods to fill the candidate pipeline
Report on recruitment activities
Drive recruiting initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, or process improvements across the team
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed to drive initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations
