Requirements

  • 8+ years in-house technical recruiting experience with proven experience and passion for the overall hiring manager and candidate experience, hiring top talent, and providing staffing solutions with experience in HW/SW, AI, Deep Learning, or other engineering functions
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring recruiters/sourcers
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders, and partners
  • Experience handling recruiting projects, multiple searches, and clients
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire hiring partners and team
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Good command of written and oral English
  • Ways to stand out
  • Workday ATS / Eightfold experience
  • Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring leaders in Hardware and Software Engineering functions across the company to develop technical recruiting strategies that identify and attract brilliant talent
  • Think creatively to drive hiring results
  • Provide innovative approaches to drive NVIDIA's hiring process and enhance the overall candidate and hiring manager experience, providing solutions to meet business needs
  • Own the candidate recruiting lifecycle
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques, including web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other methods to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Report on recruitment activities
  • Drive recruiting initiatives and projects that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, or process improvements across the team
  • Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed to drive initiatives and ensure smooth daily operations
