The Lead Recruiter should possess 7+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of attracting top-tier candidates, and a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong sourcing strategies and the ability to leverage data to optimize recruitment are also required.

Responsibilities

The Lead Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers to ensure timely and successful hiring. They will utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates, while simultaneously ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. Furthermore, the Lead Recruiter will champion Kalepa’s culture and position the company as an employer of choice, and they will continuously experiment with new tactics to improve recruitment strategy and processes.
