Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics or a related field
Experience in technical program management including Linux, Python, C++, ASR or other AI technologies
Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment
Involvement in large automotive projects
Solid technical background in Linux and Python, with C++ knowledge as a bonus
Leadership, strong project management, and ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
Speaks additional European or Asian languages — preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate engineering teams focusing on developing advanced voice assistant systems
Serve as the primary point of technical contact for international partners, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across cultural boundaries
Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment
Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success
Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution
Oversee the development and deployment of voice AI technology across global partnerships including top automakers
