Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 plus years of experience working in Marketo engage for B2B clients, and be trained in Marketo with in-depth knowledge of Marketo solutions. Experience working with multi-channel campaigns, end-to-end execution, management of program workflows, and quality assurance is also required. Experience with data management, list imports, and database hygiene is necessary, as is familiarity with custom objects, velocity scripting, segmentations, dynamic content, and personalization.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Marketo Lead will strategize, design solutions, and develop complete programs from scratch within specified timeframes, collaborating with stakeholders to remove blockers and create clear documentation based on project requirements. They will be involved in all stages of project execution (Discovery to Go live) and will handle stakeholder communication, recommending optimal solutions to problem statements. The role also encompasses managing program workflows, building various types of programs and assets (emails, landing pages, snippets, smart lists, smart campaigns, reports, etc.), and performing end-to-end project management.
