Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, sales, engineering, leadership) to grow and enhance Velocity Black’s luxury concierge offering and create premium experiences
- Dream up and deliver new luxury concierge features and experiences in partnership with business partners
- Optimize in-market products through rapid testing and obsessing over customer experience
- Think strategically to prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer love, internal partner interests, and business value
- Shape the product development roadmap for new launches and features
- Work alongside a passionate team to create innovative concierge experiences, coordinating between stakeholders, engineering, and leadership
