A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or a related client-facing role is required. Experience in creating or leading consulting practices, knowledge of software development, integration technologies, and system architecture, along with experience in SaaS, cloud, and web application design, are essential. Proficiency in SDLC and Agile project management methodologies, and experience in credit services, banking/financial services, insurance, decision analytics, or consumer services are also necessary. The role requires the ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will design and oversee the architecture of top-tier solutions that meet client goals and industry standards, ensuring functionality and scalability. They will provide expert advice on system integrations to ensure seamless interoperability with clients' existing systems. This role involves conducting comprehensive client interviews and workshops to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements. The position requires collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, engineering) and external client/professional services teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. The Technical Account Manager will act as a key liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, sharing insights to help clients leverage solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
