Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS/BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience, with at least 6 years of professional experience in decision science, business analytics, data science, software engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team is required, along with intensive hands-on experience in building actionable insights, A/B testing or observational studies, and using data to influence product strategy and roadmaps. Proficiency in SQL and one analytics programming language (Python or R), along with data visualization tools, is essential. A Master's degree in a related technical field and experience in ads or sponsored jobs in bidding systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Decision Science will serve as a trusted partner and leader for Enterprise stakeholders by deeply understanding products and business. They will enable data-driven decisions through deep dives, analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and modeling. This role involves taking ownership of projects, delivering excellent oral and written presentations, and inspiring, mentoring, and growing decision scientists. Proactively identifying new opportunities to drive Enterprise customer value is also a key responsibility.
