The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and manage the candidate experience for Revenue roles globally, collaborating with hiring managers to create candidate scorecards. They will develop a deep understanding of the Deel product and the requirements for new team members. Responsibilities include refining interview processes for efficiency and an excellent candidate experience, and working with management to develop internal and external sourcing strategies. The role also involves ensuring the maintenance of Deel's culture and its key principles among the team.
