Responsibilities

The role involves partnering with engineering and customer teams to resolve issues, coordinating resources across multiple teams, and operationalizing solutions at scale. Building strong relationships with customers’ leaders and providing support coverage during holidays and weekends based on business needs will also be key responsibilities.
