Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in brand, communications, or research strategy, preferably within an agency or consulting environment, and demonstrate comfort working in B2B or complex industries such as tech, finance, or enterprise services. Strong experience in desk research and analyzing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative input is required, along with working knowledge of social listening and insight tools like GWI, Sprinklr, and SparkToro.
The Senior Strategist will lead a defined strategy workstream within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, investigating how influence flows across expert networks and media platforms, analyzing and synthesizing complex digital footprints into strategic narratives, contributing directly to high-stakes client deliverables with meaningful business impact, and translating complex data into clear, usable deliverables such as influencer maps, insights, and strategies. They will also deliver actionable strategic recommendations based on research, assess brand visibility and identify gaps, benchmark competitor presence and tactics, and identify high-impact information sources to shape partnership, outreach, and content alignment.
