This role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets to deliver insights that support business decisions and strategies. It requires strong analytical skills, an aptitude for data and insights translation, and the ability to work across different functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and problem-solving, coupled with the ability to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way. The role will engage with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, integrated insights and business intelligence, DDS and Zoetis Tech and Digital organizations, and other enabling functions. The position requires a candidate who is comfortable translating and connecting the business context to the technical and analytical design & execution. The successful candidate will be passionate about solving the most critical business problems through data and advanced analytics and must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong independent problem-solving skills, able to lead technical teams, and be comfortable in an environment of changing priorities. The 5 positions – two will lead Brand analytics, one will lead Independent Petcare, one will lead Corporate & Specialty and one will lead Enabling Functions.
