Requirements

  • Seasoned individual contributor experience in strategic account management, particularly with enterprise Financial Services clients (banking and non-banking institutions)
  • Ability to drive complete lifecycle success, including new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Highly consultative approach to build deep, trust-based relationships across portfolios
  • Expertise in Nova Credit's product platform, with deep focus on Financial Services use cases (e.g., user acquisition funnels, credit risk decisioning, portfolio growth strategies)
  • Proficiency in data analytics to understand customer acquisition patterns, portfolio performance, and usage optimization
  • Experience leading pre-sales processes, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Steering Committees, and interfacing with C-suite executives
  • Strong business development skills to generate new pipeline and execute targeted activities
  • Ability to develop compelling strategic narratives and presentations for executive audiences
  • Willingness to travel ~25% to Nova Credit offices (New York, San Francisco) and client sites
  • Preference for candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan Area

Responsibilities

  • Understand Nova Credit's value proposition, product, processes, prospects, customers' business models, macro environments, and organizations (first month)
  • Meet prospects and customers; define account plans focused on rapid scaling and differentiation strategies (first month)
  • Identify and research new business development opportunities within portfolio (first month)
  • Master full Nova Credit Product Platform with focus on Financial Services use cases (first quarter)
  • Proactively establish external relationships and drive pre-sales process (first quarter)
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) / Executive Steering Committees and interface with C-suite executives to align on joint business objectives and growth targets (first quarter)
  • Lead and execute targeted business development activities to generate new pipeline (first quarter)
  • Use data analytics to understand customer acquisition patterns, portfolio performance, and usage optimization (first quarter)
  • Develop compelling strategic narratives and presentations tailored to executive audiences (first quarter)
  • Deliver significant revenue growth through strategic account expansion in line with company projections (first year)
  • Qualify and execute expansion opportunities spanning consumer acquisition
