Requirements

Candidates must have a strong understanding of Tines no-code automation and its application to security and IT operations challenges. They should possess the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, build and demo Tines Stories, and manage the technical decision process with customers. Experience in collaborating with sales teams on competitive account strategies and supporting channel and technical alliance partners is also required. A key source of market feedback into the product organization and contributions to the knowledge base are expected. Strategic leadership, mentorship of other sales engineers, and thought leadership at industry events are essential senior-level requirements.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to evangelize Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the business value of no-code automation. They will demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks to perform automation without coding. The role involves understanding customer business pains and desired outcomes, and showing how Tines can help achieve them. Responsibilities include developing deep product knowledge, creating and delivering presentations, building and demoing Tines Stories, managing technical evaluations, collaborating with sales on use cases, supporting partner enablement, providing market feedback, contributing to the knowledge base, and refining SE operations.
