Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, with a focus on AI or speech technology. Strong understanding of speech recognition, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts is essential, along with experience working with APIs and cloud-based platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers, architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts, and collaborate closely with the sales team to craft compelling technical solutions and demonstrate the value of the Deepgram platform. You will also influence the team’s vision, product strategy, and contribute to the evolution of the pre-sales methodology, while working closely with Customer Success and Developer Experience teams to ensure a positive customer journey.
