Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user journey by partnering with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and create innovative design solutions that streamline workflows and drive measurable outcomes for practices and patients. You will design for clarity, confidence, and delight, translating complexity into user-friendly interfaces, conducting usability testing, and iterating on designs based on feedback. Furthermore, you will champion the customer perspective by bringing a strong voice for the customer into every discussion and helping teams understand the needs and goals of practices to build trusted and enjoyable experiences.
