Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industry. Strong technical skills, including experience with complex software demonstrations and technical problem-solving, are essential. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate business value to technical audiences is required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will present tailored demonstrations of Juniper Square’s technology solutions to prospective customers, both virtually and in-person, focusing on communicating business value. You will develop mastery of the software’s features to answer technical questions and handle objections, conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and systems, synthesize those needs to influence product roadmap, and create detailed proof of concepts. Furthermore, you will respond to RFPs, maintain knowledge of the product roadmap, and actively participate in winning deals requiring advanced functionality.
